I didn't receive the confirmation email when registering
If you haven't received a confirmation email after registration, check the spam folder in your email program first.
If the email ended up in the spam folder, mark the email as “Not spam.” This is important so that future emails from the platform don't end up in the spam folder again
.If there is no confirmation email in the spam folder, you can have the confirmation email sent to you again. Follow these steps:
- On the registration page, select “Didn't you receive a confirmation email? “
- Enter the email address associated with your account. Your confirmation email will be sent to this address again .
- Check your inbox again. An email like the one below should arrive in your inbox .
- Click on the confirmation link
