How do I unlock my account?
If you try to log in multiple times with the wrong password, your account will be suspended. The following error message appears: “Your account is blocked.”
At the same time, you will automatically receive an unlock email to the email address associated with your account: Open it and click on the unlock link. Your account will be unlocked and you can sign in again. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
If you haven't received an automatic email to unlock your account, click “Didn't you receive unlock instructions?” on the login page You'll then be asked for your email address. Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Resend unlock instructions.”
