I can't register
If you are unable to register, it could be for one of the following reasons: You have
chosen an invalid password
When registering, your password must comply with the following rules: At least 10 characters, including a capital letter and a special character (for example “! “or “% “). The password must contain neither your pseudonym nor your e-mail address.
You have chosen an invalid abbreviation
Your abbreviation must not contain spaces or special characters (for example “!” or “%”).
Your passwords don't match
When registering, you have to enter the same password twice in a row, which can sometimes go wrong. Try again.
Your email address has already been entered. This means that an account has already been created with this email address. If this is your own account, reset your password instead of registering again.
