FrauenCafé Lustenau — space for exchange & strengthening” A regular, low-threshold meeting place for women — open, respectful and consumption-free or inexpensive. Objective: Create a safe space where women: • be able to exchange ideas • Get assistance • make new contacts • be allowed to talk about personal topics • you can simply be yourself Possible content: • Open exchange over coffee & tea • Thematic impulses (self-esteem, stress, family, identity, reconciliation) • Multilingual discussion groups • Exchange for single parents • Small workshops (mindfulness, resilience, self-care) Why does Lustenau need that? Many women have great responsibilities — family, work, integration, care. There is often a lack of sheltered spaces just for them.
