It all starts with the online collection of ideas. You can submit your ideas here on this platform and you will be invited to a “meeting of idea makers.”

Here you can present your project ideas and talk about them with other like-minded people. Anyone who wants to help turn ideas into concrete projects is very welcome. Florian Gerer, our youth and cultural projects expert, will mentor you. He not only supports you during the development process, but also provides you with practical help so that your projects can reach their full potential. There will be an alternative date for everyone who did not have time at the idea generators' meeting. We make every effort so that anyone interested can participate.

Online voting: The decision as to which projects are actually implemented is up to you. All developed project ideas are displayed on the platform mitgestalten.lustenau.at and go into the voting phase. Here you can vote for the projects that are most important to you. A jury consisting of youth workers from OK-JA! , Florian Gerer and 2 young people must confirm that there have been no irregularities and will release the decision.

Closing event: During a joint evening at DÔ, the idea makers will once again have the opportunity to present their winning projects and can start implementing them.
